i had a nice time the location is great right on the beach there were good beach parasols available i found a spot even later in the morning the rooms had a free safe which was useful i liked the grounds they seemed well maintained
the main pool got crowded easily so it was sometimes difficult to swim

the staff were friendly and cute i especially appreciated the attentive service from hanaa in the evenings she always made sure everyone felt welcome with a smile and prompt assistance she ensured guest satisfaction

the main restaurant offered a massive choice of food i saw fresh salads and show cooking stations with at least three choices of meat and fish everything looked freshly prepared the fish restaurant was very nice and the alcoholic drinks were good

the hotel benefits from a beachfront location the long promenade is safe for evening walks i found shops and restaurants within walking distance the easy beach access allows guests to enjoy the sand and surf conveniently and provides scenic views

the rooms were clean daily and towels got replaced the grounds are beautiful and were constantly maintained the wifi worked well in the bedroom and public areas rooms included a mini fridge a kettle cups with tea and coffee allowing for in-room refreshments

the entertainment team was great. i am grateful ichrak searched the whole hotel to find me and give me back my passport. the food was lovely. (i liked the variety.)
the gym should be closed. the treadmill is unstable. some equipment was broken. the weights were scattered and dirty.

poor experiencenasty stuff
The main bar, 'les alizés', was a real let-down for me. i ordered a vodka from a barman named hassan. He told me they'd run out. then he left me waiting while he went next door to fetch a bottle. when i finally got my drink and sat in the lounge, i couldn't relax because of a loud, repetitive scraping noise. it sounded like a dish trolley being dragged back and forth constantly, it was unbearable. the vodka tasted awful, it tasted like cheap nasty stuff. it was watered down!

the hotel's location near the beach is excellent. the staff were very friendly and eager to help with taxis and bike rentals. the room was super clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable (i slept like a baby!). breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options.
the poolside drinks were served in small plastic cups.

the hotel features a super pool area with sun loungers and shaded sections. there are surfboards and bodyboards available to use near the beachfront entrance, a few steps from the beach. i really enjoyed the easy access.

My room had a nice television. The cleaning lady changed towels. She tidied my room daily. The mini fridge was quiet.
I noted no teaspoons were available. There was no salt. There was no pepper on tables. Some employees were unfriendly.
